Her strong leadership background and natural aptitude for negotiation led to a seamless transition into sales, where she quickly distinguished herself for her ability to balance both buyer and seller objectives while guiding transactions smoothly from start to finish.

She is known for her savvy negotiating skills, consistent follow-up, tenacity, and genuine concern for her clients’ best interests. Marlanea offers honest guidance, clear communication, and a sincere commitment to helping her clients achieve their real estate goals—whether buying, selling, or renting. Her expertise spans both residential sales and rentals, with deep market knowledge across Queens and Long Island, including Flushing, Bayside, Whitestone, and Smithtown.

Marlanea holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from St. John’s University and has also attended Long Island University. She is a Certified Buyer’s Representative and has earned top sales awards throughout her career.
