When I started the search for a co-op in Queens, NY, I must admit that I was clueless about the process. Having found Marlanea as a real estate agent was a blessing from heaven. She is very knowledgeable about the industry, knows the right people to help you out (attorneys, mortgage brokers, etc.) and is always available to help with whatever is needed. In my opinion, she goes beyond what is required of her to help her clients.
